When the book

CIRCLES OF OLD SLAVS

was finished, I looked for a suitable illustrator, but in the end I undertook to illustrate the book myself. There was a bit of a misunderstanding at the publisher's printer and only black and white illustrations made it into the book. They are definitely a little better in color.
